Allison Gray has been a Wiley Foundation Board member since 2020, and this is her third year as President. Allison's professional background spans real estate development and management, fundraising, school admissions, and college financial aid policy research. She has been active with non-profits for 30 years. Allison has children in third and fifth grade, and stepsons who are Wiley graduates. She holds a BA in English from Middlebury College and an MBA from the Yale School of Management.

Eric Swan builds multifamily affordable housing for low-income communities. A Colorado native, he was active with Denver nonprofit organizations focused on economic growth, health equity, sustainability, and transportation. Eric's daughter is a 3rd grader at Wiley. In his free time, he enjoys skiing and painting. He is also on the board for the Friends of the City of Raleigh Museum. Eric has MAs in urban and regional planning and public administration from the University of Colorado Denver.

Kim Jokisch is an executive coach and facilitator at Jokisch Coaching. She has 25+ years of global, high-growth corporate experience, emphasizing on corporate training, internal and executive communications, and employment branding. She holds a BA in English from Illinois Wesleyan University, studied abroad at The University of Sheffield, and completed coaching studies at North Carolina State University. Kim loves to travel and spend time outdoors with her husband, 3rd grade son, and dog.

Lyndsay Hanna has a background in Transformational strategy creation and deployment with a special focus in change management and company culture. A majority of her career focuses in the pharmaceutical industry with experiences within retail and military. She has previous experience on boards and in event management. She and her husband, Nathan, have two kids at Wiley (Blaine-3rd and Heidi-1st). You can usually find them playing soccer and enjoying the playground during walker pick-up.
